Do I still require to use chemical water softener?
Not a single drop of chemical is needed as long as the water pH value is between 6.5-7.5

Can it treats brackish feed water?
Yes. Just make sure that the water is clera. Some impurities aren't visible, hence it's highly recommended to pre filter the feed water. 

How Hydroflow prevents corrosion?
Hydroflow acts as a corrosion inhibitor by electro chemical process which generate gamma ferrite oxide gamma coating at the pipe wall.

We use manual dozing which cost very little, how do I justify this investment?
Manual dozing is a wrong way to treat feed water which unfortunately not many realize. Scale will form and energy will be wasted and also the “little cost” for chemicals. If you calculate the steam production against the energy used, you will be shocked!

In normal circumstances, the ROI is between 6 – 9 months.

Can be used on plastic pipe?

Do water become soft after using Hydroflow ?

No. It’s based on outer pipe diameter regardless of the flow capacity.

Any maintenance?
Hydroflow does not require any maintenance. All you have to do is making sure both pilot lights are alight.

What is the difference between Aquaklear with Hydroflow ?
Aquaklear is more focused for flocculation of water impurities of swimming pool, jacuzzi, fishpond, garden pool, plant processing water, waste water and cooling towers.

Does chlorine and other chemicals still required? Yes. It’s not yet proven that all bacterium can be killed by Aquaklear and also some pools system has dead water. Gradual reduction of chlorine can be achieved up to desired level. Acids, coagulant and pH booster can be eliminated completely.

How do backwash frequency reduced?
Aquaklear will flocculate dirt particles to become bigger so filter surface takes longer time to clog up. Usually backwash frequency can reduced up to70%.
